A massive shout out to Hannah who supported me beautifully and kindly during my first experience in the hyperbaric chamber. I wouldn’t have got through it without you holding space for me. The pools after the chamber were awesome. I managed 2 ice baths and a lot more hot pools - met some super cool people also soaking and am inspired to continue the journey. Thank you for providing a great service to our community

I do NOT recommend that place. I had to cancel my membership for family reasons and I just found out that they require a 2-week notice for cancellation, so I had to pay an extra $50 for not using it. Be careful when going there. Make sure to read the questionable terms and conditions before signing up. It's a pity because I was planning to return there again, but in this case, I will find another place. Thank you.

P3 has changed my life. P3 feels like a second family. Aimed to prepare, prevent & perform. There are a few recovery centres in GC although the feeling you receive when you enter the doors & effortlessly use the facilities at P3 from the kind and heartfelt interactions to connecting with strangers & regulars in the pools is second to none. I wasn’t someone who would prioritise my recovery until I began attending p3 over 12months ago & the benefits mentally, physically, spiritually from these facilities has improved my performance. Through regulating my nervous system, improving my mind over matter response, adapting stress threshold, removing lactic acid & waste products, improving my sleep cycle, coherence of mind & body through dripping you into the present moment & connecting through breath. If you’ve tried an icebath, you know how initially uncomfortable it feels & you are unable to focus on anything accept your breath as your mind is telling your body to flight the perceived stress threat. Trusting the discomfort & leaning into new challenges within the ice bath, transfers unconsciously into all other areas of your life. Improved stress response within your relationships, colleagues, work demands, planning events, performance through exercise, etc. P3 is more than a recovery centre. P3 is a community.
